1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the Shopify app ShopProof (已月星证) (the “App”), operated by Siyue Technology (已月科技). Contact: 1323961925@qq.com.
2. Information we process
After you install and authorize the App, we process the following shop-scoped data to provide features:
- Shop identifiers and OAuth tokens (to call Shopify APIs)
- Product and order-related data (for reviews, review requests, support lookups—within the scopes you grant)
- Customer review content and uploaded photos/videos
- Customer emails and contact details collected when you enable mail, abandoned-cart / browse reminders, restock alerts, or giveaways
- Storefront widget / AI chat and handoff messages when those features are enabled
- Subscription and billing status, and AI usage-related records (payments via Shopify billing)
- Merchant settings you configure in the App (SMTP, toggles, copy, etc.)
We do not ask merchants for government ID documents unrelated to the App.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve reviews, widgets, email automation, AI support, and related features
- To process subscriptions and usage billing, troubleshoot issues, and protect security
- To comply with law or protect legitimate rights when necessary
We do not sell your shop or customer personal data.
4. Sharing and third parties
- Shopify: install, OAuth, webhooks, subscriptions, and usage charges run through Shopify.
- Email providers: if you configure SMTP, messages are sent via your chosen mail service.
- AI providers: if AI customer service is enabled, conversation content is sent to the configured model provider to generate replies.
- Cloud hosting and essential operations vendors that run the App.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored per shop on servers we operate. We apply industry-standard access controls and safeguards to protect shop and customer-related data.
6. Uninstall and deletion
If you uninstall the App from Shopify, we delete that shop’s App data (including reviews, email logs, customer media uploads, and AI-related records). Deletion is permanent. Canceling a subscription without uninstalling keeps shop data.
7. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for collecting and using customer information in line with applicable law and Shopify policies, and for providing any required notices/consents on your storefront.
