Quick tutorial

1. Install & authorize

Shopify admin → Apps → install ShopProof (已月星证)
Approve the requested access
Open the app from your apps list to reach merchant admin

2. Trial & subscribe

New stores get 14 days free trial after install
When ready, pick Monthly or Yearly and approve the Shopify charge
Cancel subscription in-app if needed; uninstall deletes App data

3. Turn on reviews

Add or import reviews and set moderation rules
Place the review wall / theme block on product pages (follow in-app help)
Configure SMTP under Mail, then enable post-purchase review requests

4. Widgets & popups

Enable modules and save copy / style
Preview on the storefront; don’t block checkout

5. (Optional) AI support

Enable AI customer service in settings
Basic AI is free for everyday chat and does not use shop balance
For stronger models, enable Advanced AI and top up in the app
